Very helpful especially that it doesnt require to be connect great app

Efficient and practical while studying Chinese. Definitely an indispensable tool.

I really like this dictionary! It did a very good job while my stay in China. May you update the german-chinese version also?

I find very useful, because you can search the word in English, pinyin or Chinese, but the better is: you can use it without Internet connection.

Works very well, combining Chinese script, hanyu pinyin, English and audio of both Mandarin and English. Perfect tool.

The addition of sentences with the target word is a wonderful addition. I wish there were a way to make a list and to find words containing the same characters. Or a way for me to look up all the slangs and idioms. But this is so far my favorite Chinese dictionary.

Some bad moments

I used to use this app every day and it never let me down. The new version is of no use to me. Please give back the old version, at least as an option.

After version changed, this isnt useful now. No switching from simplified to traditional. It was very useful for me.

It used to be quick and easy to use on the spot. Nowadays when you launch, it takes a good 15 seconds to start up. Why does it need such a long time to boot? And it also doesnt provide easily navigable explanations anymore the way it used to. Deleted..

I hate to be so negative about an app I used to love but, well, it just not very good anymore. Its now more difficult to use and (most importantly) it doesnt come up with pin yin when you type English anymore! In other words, you need a working knowledge of Chinese characters to use this app now. Used to be great but sadly, its not anymore. Im not the only reviewer who said this. Hopefully these negative reviews will bring back the app we loved. Until then. Deleted.

It is very helpful, but it is very pity for no example sentences. Overall, it is still a great app.

Some of the definition of words arent detailed enough,eg. exotic,but overall is pretty fine
